Today was the start of the CrossFit 2018 season with the release of the workout 18.1.
I went over to Crossfit PHX to knock out the CrossFit 18.1 workout with the crew. This workout was a pace for sure. It got tough for me with 7 minutes left. My grip started to go on the toes 2 bar and my hammies and core began to give out a bit. Overall, it was a really fun workout! I loved being able to workout next to my crew at the gym! A lot of great people and awesome vibes. Much love and congrats to everyone who did it!
