Today was the CrossFit Open 18.4 release. The first part of the workout is Diane a classic 21-15-9 rep scheme of Deadlifts & Handstand Pushups, but the second portion of this workout is 21-15-9 deadlifts at 315 lbs which I’m happy about! I love the heavy weights, but in between each round, we have 50′ handstand walks 😬. I had to get some help from my crew at Crossfit PHX on how to get better at these.
