We’re back at it with Off-Season Training. I went over to Crossfit PHX to hit the Compete RX workout programmed by Mycal Anders. It was a dope session! Nice to start getting back into the normal groove of training now that the open is over. I’m back on my early morning bodybuilding and late night CrossFit training.
